CanadaOver a month and I still don’t have my order
I placed and paid for an order on July 17, for products that were shown as in stock. On July 29 I finally got a notice that a shipping label was created but the shipper did not have the package yet. On August 1 I received an email to review my product, obviously not possible as I hadn’t received it, but that made me think that the company had expected me to have received it by then. On August 6 with no status change to the shipping, I sent an email to Sundays to inquire as to the status. I received a reply on August 9 asking for the order number, my error to have left that out in my first email, I replied the same day with the requested information. By August 14 I had not received any further response so I followed up again. Today August 18 I saw an email from Sundays in my inbox and thought I was finally getting a response, but it was another email asking for me to review the product I had ordered. It has now been over a month since I placed my order and I can’t seem to get any updates, the lack of customer service is disappointing so I have resorted to posting this review in hopes that it will get a response from the company.

This is the second time I have purchased the bottom filler and the top coat along with some colors. I have nails with ridges on them so the bottom coat turns my nails into a smooth base. I love the colors and the top coat keeps my polish looking great for over a week even with doing household chores and gardening. Will be back again!
